Atelier Quindici

Atelier Quindici is a project that combines both cultural and curatorial aspects. It is a place where art and thought, vision and storytelling, and diverse cultures and sensibilities intersect. It offers a space where visitors can discover, understand, and appreciate the profound meaning of contemporary art through the work of a carefully selected group of world-renowned artists, each expressing their own unique worldview, language, and poetic sentiment.
I was selected as one of three photographers, along with painters, sculptors, and visual artists. I am the only Japanese participant, along with painter Mitsumasa Kamada. I believe I have the shortest artistic experience of the 15 participants, but I am deeply honored and humbled to have been selected to be part of this international contemporary art project.
This project also welcomes collaborations and cultural partnerships with institutions, groups, and individuals committed to promoting contemporary art around the world, so we welcome any interested institutions, groups, and individuals to join us.
この度、イタリアの著名な現代アーティストでありキュレーターのAndrea Benetti氏からのオファーを受け、「Atelier Quindici (15)」に参加させて頂く事になりました。

アトリエ・クインディチは、文化とキュレーションの両面を兼ね備えたプロジェクトです。芸術と思考、視覚と物語、多様な文化と感受性が出会う場所です。世界的に著名なアーティストを厳選し、それぞれが独自の世界観、言語、詩情を表現する作品を通して、現代アートの深遠な意味を発見し、理解し、鑑賞できる場です。
画家、彫刻家、ビジュアル・アーティストと共に写真家が３名参加し、その１人として選んで頂きました。日本人としては画家のMitsumasa Kamada氏と私の2人です。15人の中でアーティスト歴は私が最も短いと思いますが、国際的な現代アート・プロジェクトの一員として選出された事を大変光栄に感じ、また、身の引き締まる思いでもあります。
このプロジェクトは、世界中で現代アートの振興に尽力する機関、団体、個人とのコラボレーションや文化的なパートナーシップも歓迎しますので、ご興味のある機関、団体、個人の方々、よろしくお願い致します。
